The stately farmhouse dating back to the 11th century is situated at 1,100 m above sea level on the sunny high plateau of Ritten - Bolzano's local mountain in the heart of South Tyrol. Quiet, in the middle of greenery, and yet centrally situated, the farmhouse offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Natural Heritage) and the village of Lengmoos. Yet the property is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village of Klobenstein. It is near the Rittner Erdpyramiden, public transport (Rittner Schmalspurbahn - bus stop), a speed skating rink (10-minute walk away), and the skiing and hiking area Rittner Horn - Almlandschaft (4km away). An outdoor swimming pool and a bathing lake are also nearby. Guests can fish from May to November at the property's lake. Ritten Card is offered by the property for free (public transportation for free, free entry to more than 80 museums and more.

Sallrain Hof Apartment

The place was amazing! The apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed. The Hostess Maria was fantastic!! She was super responsive and extremely friendly. The local area was beautiful and the local restaurants and shops were awesome!! Great proximity to the Ritter area, Bolzano, and the Sud Tyrol!!I highly recommend this place and we look forward to returning and staying there again!!
