The Napoleonvilla is a 300 years old, monument-protected vacation domicile, built in the traditional wooden style of Carinthia perfectly restored for holidays. It offers a generous living place for up to 16 persons (in seven generous rooms plus secondary rooms on two floors + wellness zone) and inspires visitors and guests by its history and originality. Beside the original fire place (Rauchkuchl), old staircases, wooden doors or original sleeping chambers the guest can count on three modern bathrooms, 2 Saunas, big kitchen, Sat TV and free wireless internet. The authentically furnished house accommodates among other things an original smoke tube, a grain chamber, styleful transition areas and a library in which one can withdraw oneself at each time. The Napoleonvilla receives its special attraction by the delightful ambiance and the intimate rural atmosphere, and particularly by the unique offer to use this private mansion for vacation purposes and creative time-outs.

An amazing experience

Staying in a 300 year old house was absolutely wonderful! The owners have done a fantastic job renovating the original structure. All the newest kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities were incorporated into the landmark home. The best was the "grotto" sauna/shower downstairs! Fabulous! Wandern mit Freunden

Wir waren mit 2 Familien und Freunden unserer Kinder in der Napoleonvilla, das Haus ist grossartig, komplett eingerichtet, die Sauna und das Dampfbad sind perfekt und auch Küche und die Bäder sind in TOP Zustand. In der näheren Umgebung kann man Wandern und auch der Milstätter See sind super für Unternehmungen. Einziger Nachteil ist die Geräuschkulisse der A10, dafür ist man aber auch in 2 min. auf der Bahn und muss nicht ewig Landstrasse fahren. Insgesamt ein TOP Haus mit extrem viel Charme!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem super schönen Haus

Die Napoleonvilla ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel alten Charme, aber den modernen Luxus, den man sich für ein erholsames Wochenende wünscht. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden. Ein besonderes Highligt sind natürlich die im Haus vorhandenen Wellnesmöglichkeiten (Dampfbad, kl. Sauna oben, „Ruhemuscheln im Keller) und vorne weg die tolle Außensauna. Auch Sauna-Öle sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Somit volle Sterne für ein traumhaftes Wochenende. DANKE :)

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in der Napoleonvilla! Wir sind bereits das 2. Jahr da gewesen. Wir waren 4 Familien. Es war genug Platz da. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Es war alles da. Bettzeug, Handtücher, Bademäntel,Geschirrtücher etc. Man kann sich sehr gut entspannen. Viele von uns haben 2x Sauna und Dampfbad sehr genossen. Man ist sehr schnell im Skigebiet Katschberg, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Skigebiet ist toll und nicht so überlaufen. In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt zu erreichen (Rennweg). In ca. 20 Minuten ist man in St. Michael bzw. St. Margarethen im Lungau. Dort kann man auch Langlaufen und Wandern. Wir sind sehr gut von Bianca betreut worden, sie kümmert sich vor Ort um alles. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir möchten unbedingt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles!

The Napoleon villa provides for all comfort, it feels like going to a spa including the three saunas, comfortable beds and modern utilities while maintaining the atmosphere of a genuine Austrian mountain hut. Lots to do in the area, many activities for children and adults. Not to be missed to go back every year for at least one week !!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, allerdings die Lage nicht!

Leider liegt das Haus nur wenige hundert Meter über der Autobahn, die - speziell im Sommer, sehr laut hörbar ist. Man geht bei dieser Art Urlaub davon aus Ruhe und Erholung zu finden, was man aber nicht wirklich hat. Wenn Du zu Hause entspannt bei offenem Fenster schlafen kannst, aber im Urlaub nicht, kann man dieses Haus nicht weiterempfehlen... :-(

Alles perfekt!

Wir, 4 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern im Alter von 3 bis 8 Jahren, haben die Semesterferien in der Villa verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß genug und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten und Bettzeug sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Dampfbad, Sauna und Tepedarium sind eine willkommene Ergänzung. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe und es war sehr sonnig. Wunderbar ist auch der große Tisch und die großzügige Garderobe, wo wir alle viel Platz hatten. Das Skigebiet Katschberg ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfährt und bequem zu erreichen. Die Haushälterin, Frau Hermi, hat uns sehr gut betreut. In Rennweg, 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto befindet sich ein Nah& Frisch und zwei sehr nette Gasthöfe. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub!

Das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je gewohnt haben

Wir haben uns sooo wohl gefühlt. Die Symbiose von modern und historisch ist überaus gelungen. Die große Bauernstube vermittelt eine Heimeligkeit, die man suchen muss. bei all dem braucht man trotzdem auf keinen Komfort verzichten. Absolut Spitze!!!
