You will be amazed by our rustic, new, exclusive and modern 5 star Chalet Steinplatte!

Our chalet is very lovingly furnished and has 2 apartments (about 100 square meters), each designed for 2 to 6 people. The apartment Chiemsee is located on the ground floor and the apartment Winklmoos upstairs.

Both apartments have:
• 3 cozy and cozy bedrooms with double beds (180 * 200)
• 2 fantastic bathrooms with rain showers
• a very cozy large living and dining room (32sqm), with very comfortable sofa, 49 inch Curve TV, large dining table
• an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and head-free hood which leaves nothing to be desired
• a beautiful, south-facing terrace or Balcony with fantastic mountain views invite you to linger and relax.
• Of course, all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi

In our exclusive chalet you will immediately feel good and forget everyday life.

There is enough space in the garage for storing the ski equipment. Furthermore, there are sufficient PLACES available

If you are a larger group, you can also rent 2 or 3 apartments, and thus have space for up to 18 people.

Sehr schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung. Die Schlafräume gemütlichund die zwei Badezimmer modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gilt im Übrigen für die gesamte Wohnung. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Einfach spitze!!!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wunderschöne Wohnung. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn man was wissen wollte oder Hilfe benötigte. Würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen ;-)

Aktivurlaub und Entspannung

Wir haben in den Sommerferien in der Erdgeschoßwohnung eine schöne Woche verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Es standen ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung, nicht wie sonst gewohnt, abgezählt für jeden eins. Herrlicher Ausblick, schöner kleiner Ort fußläufig erreichbar... Bis auf die Baustelle direkt vor der Tür, ein ruhiger Ort zum erholen

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit kleinem Manko

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung Chiemsee. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber und es wurde an wirklich alles gedacht. Wir hatten ausreichend Toilettenpapier etc. Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist allerdings eine stark befahrene Straße. Für uns war das kein Problem. Jedoch kann ich mir vorstellen, dass dies mit kleineren Kindern schwierig ist. Was uns wirklich gestört hat war, dass es keine Fliegengitter gibt. Da musste man abends öfters mal auf die Jagd gehen, damit man in Ruhe schlafen kann.

Schöne FeWo mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Fewo war wirklich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Nur für Kleinkinder ist die EG Wohnung nicht unbedingt geeignet da das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt ist. Also frei spielen lassen eher ungünstig. Auch die viel befahrene Straße vorm Haus hört man sehr. Also nachts besser Fenster schließen (auch wegen fehlender Fliegengitter). Aber alles in allem trotzdem eine schöne Wohnung mit den genannten Kleinen Einschränkungen.

Sommerzeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. In den Schlafzimmern fehlt eine Anlagemöglichkeit für Kleidungsstücke. Der Balkon ist für 6 Personen etwas zu schmal.Die obere Wohnung ist durch die Straße vor dem Haus laut.Bei den unteren Wohnungen ist der Lärm nicht so zu merken.Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und am Abend wird der Verkehr auch weniger .Wir haben uns aber gut erholt .

Schoene, saubere und großzügige Wohnung. Freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieterin.

Wir hatten warmes Wetter und die zur Verfügung gestellten Daunendecken waren vieeel zu warm, duennere Decken waren nur 2 vorhanden, und diese waren aus Kunststoff und unangenehm zum zudecken. Wir bekamen nur 1 Tablette fuer die Spuelmaschiene und 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier fuer 5 Tage Aufenthalt, was sich in Anbetracht des Mietpreises einfach ein klein wenig 'knickrig' anfuehlte.
