With an unforgettable view of Reit im Winkl and the surrounding mountains, located right next to the cross-country ski trail, three exclusive apartments ranging from 60 to 115 square meters in Alpstyle design await you. The apartments, designed in the Alpstyle, combine Alpine craftsmanship with modern design elements to create oases of well-being. Here, you can't only relax but also experience the inspiration that comes from something truly special. The landscaped garden of the ground-floor apartment (exclusive to bergstadl guests on the first floor) invites you to sunbathe and barbecue, while the town’s challenging golf course is just a few minutes away. The “Hochalm” apartment on the first floor features a magnificent wraparound balcony with a covered outdoor seating area. Enjoy the outdoors in any weather. Under the roof is the “Gipfelhütte” with two lovely balconies. It features a spacious living and dining area and a master bedroom with two additional cozy sleeping alcoves.
Depending on the apartment, our three apartments can accommodate 2 to 7 guests and guarantee you a family-like atmosphere and privacy.
An exclusive movie theater, a modern fitness and wellness area with a Finnish and bio sauna, and a fitness room flooded with natural light are available to all guests, offering you numerous opportunities for exercise and relaxation. After an active day, you can unwind in the wellness area and recharge your batteries in this oasis of calm. 115-square-meter apartment, 30-square-meter terrace, 300-square-meter private garden—The Bergstadl on the first floor offers plenty of space and privacy for 6 people in every way. The south-west-facing garden and terrace, spacious relaxation swings, cozy reading nooks, an open fire pit, and much more offer plenty of freedom outdoors. Inside, 3 bedrooms with double beds and private en-suite bathrooms provide privacy for quiet moments and restful nights. The spacious living and kitchen/dining area provides plenty of room for wonderful shared moments and experiences with family and friends. There’s even enough space to invite a few extra guests.
Located in Reit im Winkl, this design chalet is just a short drive from Munich and Salzburg. The picturesque village is within walking distance. Kitzbühel and Lake Chiemsee are just a 30-minute drive away. And with the Kaiser Mountains right on your doorstep, the design chalet offers sports, relaxation, and entertainment at all altitudes.
