Welcome to "Grand Slam House II Rehoboth" (visit our website at Grand Slam House one word) at Canal Pointe community, east of Route 1 and within walking/biking distance to downtown Rehoboth or the beaches.
The house has 5 bedrooms on three levels and a total of four full baths. The luxurious kitchen is open to the Great Room across a breakfast bar and centers around the fireplace with flat screen TV. The Owner’s Suite is located on the first floor and features an enormous walk-in closet and a truly spa-like bath, with separate soaking tub and shower. Two other bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two large bedrooms with its own full bath are located upstairs and in the basement. Max occupancy is 12 persons (Children under the age of six (6) are not be counted in this restriction) due to deed restrictions.

Kids and adults alike will love the large recreation room featuring table games (football, ping-pong and pool table) as well as a seating area with flat screen TV and XBOX. A screened porch is a perfect area to relax.

The house is located in the luxurious The Grande at Canal Pointe community. Clubhouse, fitness center, pools, are all in walking distance and only augment this amazing beach community. The ONLY new community East of Route 1 in Rehoboth...

Surrounded by protected wetlands, The Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, natural beauty exists as the community’s most stunning amenity by far. Access the Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails (connecting Rehoboth and Lewes) across the entrance of the community, and appreciate the breathtaking habitat of the Delaware Seashore. Then bike into Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the area’s finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or play in the surf and sand.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! IT IS GEARED FOR MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILIES & GROUPS OF CLOSE FRIENDS. We have two outdoor cameras and two noise sensors (outdoor/indoor, no voice recording) installed on the property.

IMPORTANT: Bookings during rate periods with a Saturday changeover (typically during the peak summer months) are required to check in and out on Saturdays with 7, 14, or 21 nights stay.

I planned our stay to allow for an extended family gathering. The home has lots of space, plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and spaces for smaller groups to spend time together. The home is close to downtown and the boardwalk. We rented bicycles and enjoyed being able to bike ride to the beach. Many in our group enjoyed the pools in the neighborhood, which was very pretty with lots of flowering trees and bushes. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink backing up, and when a plumber could not be found to address the issue, the owner came himself and took care of it, which was very appreciated. He had the opportunity to interact with members of our family and everyone had a different story to share that they had learned about the history of the house! One of the reasons we chose this house was the accessibility for my parents, who can no longer negotiate stairs. There are only a couple of well-spaced steps to enter the house and did not prov difficult for them. We really enjoyed our stay.

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this beach house, and we couldn’t be more thankful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week together.Even though it wasn’t directly on the beach, the location was perfect—just a short drive to the sand, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted it. We loved coming back after long beach days to unwind on the porch, cook dinner together, and play games as a family.This home gave us the perfect mix of fun and relaxation, and we made so many special memories here. We’re leaving refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us

Family vacation stay

We had a great week while staying at this house. It’s a very short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The house is a great size for multiple families to stay at and the accessibility of a pool was awesome. The owner was great and when we had to call about something he took care of it right away. We would highly recommended staying here and would definitely book here again.

Great House!

It was a very comfortable stay for 7 adults and 3 kids! The house was big, clean, and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed how nice and quiet the neighborhood was for morning walks, and only about 5 minutes drive to get to a wide range of restaurants and the beach! Dirk was very responsive from the start to the end of our stay! Highly recommend for a great vacation in Rehoboth!

MDW Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely and was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The home is close to grocery stores, outlets and the beach so the location was top notch. Also The owner was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him (which was only once because he managed to think of every detail). The whole family can’t wait to come back!!

The location was amazing! A 5 min drive to the beach and close to everything. The house was great at well. The pillows throughout the house and couch in the master bedroom could use an updating but other than that it was a great house!

The location of this home was perfect, a short walk to both community pools. The beach, water park, Funland, and great restaurants were a short drive away. The house was clean and inviting. Looking forward to another great vacation in Rehoboth!

Loved our time at the grand slam house!

We really enjoyed our time at the house! It was located in a great area with easy access to the beach via a short drive. We had three separate families, 2 grandparents, and about 7 kids in our group. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone! We will definitely be back!

The Glade

This was the second year we stayed at the glade. First, this place is beautiful. The front is nice but once you enter this house everyone just went WOW!!! Second, Dirk is a great person. He help us with any problem we had and got back to us very quickly. Finally, if anyone is looking for a beautiful house, super owner, and a place to just relax this is the place. We loved it!!!

Great house

We had another great vacation at this home. It’s a beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone in our family. Having the basement is great for the kids to play or watch movies while the adults cook dinner or play games. Highly recommend!

Great Property!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see just how large and open this property is!! We hosted our Thanksgiving dinner and we had plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this property to friends!!
