Welcome to Oceanmist, the new custom canal waterfront home located at 2 W Atlantic Street in Fenwick Island, Delaware! This home features a spacious open floor plan with 9' ceilings through out with 5 bedrooms each having their own private bathroom. When you enter this unique house you will find the perfect spot to drop your beach bag & flip flops at the built in mudroom. Downstairs showcases a designer kitchen that is open to a large family room with a beautiful fireplace as the centerpiece! From here you can step out to enjoy the heated salt water pool with spacious decks all around. When entering back into the house you will find a wet bar complete with a built in wine cooler and ice maker making a day spent at the pool or beach much easier! There are 2 bedrooms downstairs each with its own ensuite bathroom and a full laundry room can be found down the hall.

Once upstairs the first thing you see is a large game room offering a separate space for the children to hang out while playing games and/or watching tv! You will find 3 additional bedrooms each with their own bathrooms on this level. On the south end upstairs, you will enter the secluded Master Suite. Here you will take in beautiful views of the canal and look out on to the Bay! The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and offers a wrap around balcony where you can look out at the pool below or the Bay while having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! The stunning master bath has a custom tiled shower and plenty of space to get ready with a large 2 sink vanity.

Once outside enjoy a short easy walk to the beach or take advantage of kayaking or paddle boarding with direct access to the bay from the house. Oceanmist is located in the perfect spot in the heart of Fenwick Island with some of the top restaurants all within walking distance! Beautiful house and great location!

Chris and Renee were outstanding hosts! The house was absolutely beautiful, location was fantastic and the house was immaculate! My kids loved the pool (3&5) and we spent most our time enjoying the house and pool! Short walk to the beach (even with small kids in tow) and very close to restaurants, shops and activities. 10/10 would recommend staying here!!

The house is beautiful. The location is so walkable to the beach and restaurants and shops. The owners answered all of our questions and are so kind and thoughtful. The pool is a plus when we wanted to just veg at the house and still enjoy sunshine. Highly recommend staying there. You will be pleased.

Fenwick Family Time

The house was exceptional and my family loved it. Short walk to the beach and the salt water pool was wonderful for us . Ample parking and close to stores . Definitely would recommend this place . Owner also was great when contacted .

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is beautiful inside and out. The location is very convenient to the beach and the canal was great for paddle boarding. We loved having the pool to dip in and for the kids to play. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful to all of our questions and requests. Would love to visit again!!

Beautiful house in a great location! Walk everywhere you need to go. Perfect for a family with small children as the pool is a perfect alternative to the beach. House is well appointed with everything you’ll need. Highly recommended!!

This may be the nicest house in Fenwick! Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, has everything you need and more, the communication was impeccable, the location is awesome! Really couldn’t have asked for anything more! Can’t wait to be back!

Premium in Fenwick

This was the second year we stayed in this beautiful home in Fenwick Island. It’s five bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, easily accommodated our gathering of 7. The easy walking distance to the beach was great, as was its walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great for refreshing after a day on ge beach.

Fenwick fun

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. It was decorated so nicely and fit all of our needs. There were many spots that were walkable which was helpful with 3 littles. Annual family vacation

We had a family of twelve and the house did an awesome job of accommodating all of us comfortably. It was beautifully decorated and very inviting and warm:)… The heated pool was a hit with my mom ( 81 y/o) and the 6 teenagers and 2 tweens. The location of house was a short walk to beach which was super convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay and would absolutely recommend this place .

Amazing Vacation Place

Beautiful, well-appointed home that was thoughtfully done with all amenities and comforts. The house is also in a great location within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was such a bonus because it kept the kids occupied when they’d returned from the beach. The owner was also great to work with and communicative. Thank you!

Great Vacation, Excellent Host

The host Chris goes far above expectations to help ensure your vacation in Fenwick Island is relaxing and enjoyable. The home is well laid out to accommodate families with kids, the kitchen is stocked for preparing and serving big groups, the decorations are welcoming, and the pool extends long beach days and provides relief for kids during rainy days. We had a great time, and have already made arrangements for next summer!

Family Fun at Fenwick

What a perfect place to stay in Fenwick! Renee and Chris were very gracious hosts- available at all times- accommodating and responsive to all inquiries. This home as well stocked- everything we needed to start our vacation. We felt safe and comfortable and home was spotless- accented with creative beachy decor. Pool was a cool/relaxing addition. Quiet location and within walking distance to beach, shops, activities and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay.

This home is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The decorating is lovely. Pretty much everything is there. Perfect number of bedroom suites. The pool was perfect for our 4 little ones. A nice outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. We loved that it’s close to everything. There’s lots to do near by. Renee and Chris respond to our texts right away. I highly recommend this gorgeous home.

Stunning home and best host ever!

Our entire family loved the gorgeous home and had an incredible time!! Everything was immaculate, luxurious, new and super comfortable! Great place to make family memories

We had a great week at this new home in Fenwick Island. The layout of the home had plenty of space for our family to spread out, and also to come together to play games and make plans. The location made it easy to walk to our favorite places in Fenwick (restaurants, shops and mini golf). The owners were available via text before and during our stay for any questions. We appreciated all of the little details like the wine fridge and keurig. It was a fun and relaxing week!

Great week in Fenwick!

We’ve been vacationing in Fenwick for 40+ years and have always rented through a local real estate firm. Decided to do something different this year and we are so happy that we did! Renee and Chris were wonderful hosts and their home is amazing. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the pool was just what we needed after long, hot days at the beach. Perfectly situated in Fenwick. We hope to be back again next year.

Great Fenwick Island House

We had a great time staying in Fenwick Island at this property. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. A nice touch was the bar area with a separate ice maker and wine fridge. I had brought our own vitamix blender for frozen margaritas but there is already a ninja blender (if I had asked, the hosts would have let me know, they were very responsive). We also really enjoyed the pool as well as the kayaks. Overall, we loved the locations, the house, and would definitely come back again in the future.

Beautiful Home / Great Location

Beautiful new home in a great location (3 blocks to the beach and restaurants/bars nearby). A nice (smaller) pool that heats up nicely in the afternoon. Kayaks to paddle in the canal and bay (private access directly from the property). The pool really was a game changer for us. The ocean was still a bit cold so it was great to be able to hang out at the pool, BBQ and have drinks on the days we didn't go to the beach. Highly recommend this home (and the host was very responsive).
