We had a wonderful stay at the Homestead Bed & Breakfast! The owners are truly amazing people—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to make sure you are comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. The whole place felt warm, relaxing, and like a home away from home. Amazing property and innkeepers! This is a hidden gem in the Rehoboth Beach area. Property is immaculate, pool is wonderfully relaxing, and breakfast offerings are delicious . Innkeepers, Joe and David , have thought of everything to make their guests feel welcome. The garden room was delightfully decorated and felt homey . The location is excellent; quick access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and a welcome refuge from the crowds when finished with daily activities. We have been going to Rehoboth for more than thirty years, this was a refreshing find for our trip .

Homestead B&B is fantastic! We had a great stay and enjoyed the comfy room, beautiful gardens, fenced dog yard with a gazebo where we could drink our morning coffee while our dog could safely run around and play. Wonderful B&B in Rehoboth

Hosts are friendly & quick to reply to emails & text. Clean & comfortable rooms. Breakfast is made–to–order ... nice variety of choices ... a lot of food. This B&B will be our first choice, next time we visit my family in Rehoboth.

This B&B is a pearl, especially if you have dogs. The cottage has a large space outside fully fenced where your dogs can run wild and safely. Breakfast was excellent: you order it the evening before and it shows up at your door at the desired time.

Queer Lovers Loved the Homestead

this was such an incredible choice! this was a couples beach trip and my partner and i (queer and trans POC) flet incredibly safe, welcome and joyous staying at the homestead. the rooms were quiant but everything needded for a little vacation. We breakfast-ed on the porch each morning and recieved white table cloth service. food was delicous, timely, and Joe and David (names?) were excelent and kind. they had extra beach towles and chairs for use and the pool was stocked beautifully with large towels. We ended up staying in at the guest house to watch a movie in their cozy cabin area and it was such a treat to have a nice spot to relax outside of the room. cannot wait to come back!

The perfect combination of beach charm, comfortable accommodations, hospitable and efficient staff, and delightful amenities. The breakfast was delicious with gluten free options, and the dog friendly environment made traveling with our little Murray quite stress free, all topped off with a game of bocce and a very refreshing swim/float each day in the pool just outside our suite. The Homestead Bed and Breakfast in Rehoboth Beach really checks all of the boxes!
