Well appointed 3-story luxury townhome within a short drive of Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, brand name outlets,
historic Lewes, beautiful state parks and excellent restaurants.
This rental is in the gated community of Sawgrass just off Old Landing Road! Enjoy the large pool, renovated and expanded pickle ball courts, tennis courts, basketball court and clubhouse as well as community grilling at the pool area... all within 100 yards of the property. (Tennis and Pickleball Court reservations are needed at least 2 weeks in advance).
This townhome has been newly furnished throughout and includes a large TV in the living room and also a TV in
the primary bedroom as well as a wet bar area.
Enjoy coffee on the large deck and sunsets on the balcony!

The property was very nice, well appointed, organized, and clean. We had a small issue with the bunkbed when we arrived, and later, the air conditioner was not functioning properly, however, the rental agency was very prompt in correcting these issues.
