With an area of 240 m², the property offers a living room with fireplace and TV, a larger room with a fireplace integrated into the dining and living area, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one is a suite with a private bathroom) and a guest bathroom serving the other bedroom. Casa das Chaminés comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, fans, heaters, iron and ironing board, books, some games and a cot available.
Outside, you can enjoy a private area with lawn, shrubs and a small ornamental pond, which can be used to cool off on warmer days. There is also a pergola equipped with garden chairs and tables, an old oven adapted for barbecues and private parking for one or two cars.
