The hotel was clean and friendly, we stayed on a holiday Monday and the breakfast closes fairly early. We were not aware the hot tub was closed indefinitely or we would have chose somewhere else. Disappointed it wasn’t noted on the site.

Great choice.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was large and very clean. The beds were unbelievably comfortable! I recommend staying here if you are stopping into Regina but don’t want to be right IN Regina.

Good value

The Sleep Inn offers good value for travellers visiting the White City/Emerald Park area. The location is excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious for two persons. The bath towels are quite small, however, and the complimentary breakfast was a step down in quality compared to our previous experience. All that said, we would stay here again.

As soon as we walked the hallway it kinda smell bad. And then our room is even worse. It smells like it wasnt cleaned and smells sweat. I went to the front desk and transfer us to the new room. It’s better than the second one. The fridge and the coffee maker are dirty though. I was disappointed in the room. But the breakfast are good and the dining are clean. The staff are friendly and nice too.

We booked this hotel because I had stayed there in the past and was pretty good! We travelled 5 hours with a toddler and a baby, bribing the toddler with being able to go swimming when we got there. However, when we arrived they said the pool was closed (was not informed prior). We were planning to cancel and go to a hotel nearby with a pool that worked. Staff asked us to wait to contact management to see if the pool could be used. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, they said it could. We then continued with our check-in, changed and headed down to the pool. It was DISGUSTING. There were worms in the pool and a visible film on the top! Definitely not suitable for anyone, nevermind very small children. The floors were dirty and there were those little water beetles in the floor cracks. We were so disappointed because we booked this hotel specifically because of its location and the ability for our children to burn off some energy in the pool. Unimpressed.

We did not enjoy our stay. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a pool for my kids. The pool room was scummy, so much chemicals I could barely open my eyes just walking in the room, towels are at the front desk and really ratty condition. Hot tub was out of order. There were kids going down the waterslide 5-10 people at a time, so not super safe and incredibly loud. The beds were comfy and room was clean, but a lot of damaged finishes. Hair on the clean towels in the bathroom, Kleenex box was empty. No ice machine Really loud hallways and rooms upstairs, could always hear people. Breakfast was pretty decent. Hot and cold options, some packaged items to take away. Not enough seating, we ended up eating in our room both days because we couldn’t get a table. Check in was great, Raj at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, he allowed us to check in 1 hour early because we arrived at 3pm without even considering the checkin time. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby which was convenient.

The room is very dated, wallpaper peeling everywhere, pool area is rusty and hot tub isn’t working. For the price, which is well above some very nice brand name hotels, this did not meet the mark at all.
