Who knew the Pollard was haunted? His name is supposed to be George, I haven’t run into him yet but I’ll sleep with one eye open to see if I can catch that rascal. Hotel is updated and nice for a historic hotel, I took a 30 min shower, awesome.

Being downtown was really great and convenient, and the staff was really helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during our stay, as were many others downtown, but we managed to find plenty of options.

Heather the asst. Manager is a very Horrible N

Breakfast is NOT included, they charge you regardless if you eat there or NOT. They don't clean rooms, they DONT salt there outside stairs, they keep them icey so you can fall. They lie, Heather is the worst asst. Manager ever, has no customer service skills what so ever! They love to ruin your family vacation, charges extra for kids.

Great location, wonderful staff and beautiful hote

We stayed at the Pollard to enjoy the downtown Red Lodge experience and go skiing on the mountain. What a great hotel to enjoy the town!

Very Nice

Pros: The character, and cleanliness.
Cons: The shower was cold. As was the dining room.
Location: Convieniently located down town close to shops, and dining.
Very nice Hotel and Room. The hotel and room were both redone very tastefully. The room reminded me of looking out over the street on an old western. The only complaint was the shower which we couldn't get to stay warm (2nd floor).
