Tive problemas na entrada do hotel porque é um hotel totalmente digital, não tem funcionários na recepção então você resolve tudo pelo app, mas ninguém me enviou o localizador do hotel então tive dificuldade para acessar o hall e quando consegui passei quase 30 min no telefone pra falar com alguém da equipe para que eles me mandassem o localizador então tirando essa parte horrível no geral a experiência foi razoável. Sugiro que coloquem tranças nos quartos por dentro, pois senti um pouco de insegurança tendo em vista que tudo era por fechaduras digitais.

A estrutura é muito boa, a cama é confortável, o chuveiro é perfeito. Ambientações limpas. Recomendo não deixar para fazer o processo de checkin nno app só quando chegar lá, pois a rua não tem muita movimentação e é próximo a comunidade, que me disseram ser um pouco perigosa. Deixando o app no ponto, a entrada no hotel é muito tranquila e rápida.

O hotel tem espaços sensacionais e é a segunda vez que me hospedo nele. Na primeira vez que me hospedei, fiquei em um quarto maravilhoso, tv smart, cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso. Já nessa segunda, fiquei em um quarto cuja janela dava para a área de serviço do hotel e deixaram a luz a noite toda ligada, parecia que estava dia no meu quarto. A tv não era smart e eu tive que passar o dia todo lá olhando para o teto. Fora isso, o local é super maravilhoso e eu recomendo demais demais.
