Bom resort

Em geral, recomendo a visita ao Samoa pela praia em frente ao hotel, maravilhosa. Sobre a estrutura em si, foi ok, mas alguns pontos podem melhorar: - Assim que chegamos o ar condicionado começou a pingar e alagou o quarto. Fizeram o reparo na hora, mas isso levou cerca de 40 minutos, entre conserto e limpeza e abalou a chegada. - O presente da chegada podia ser algo coletivo, ao invés de uma única camiseta UV. - A academia é muito pequena, muitos hóspedes frequentavam o local e ficava simplesmente inviável se exercitar. O buffet do café da manhã e do jantar estavam bons, bem como comidas e drinks pedidos no bar. Em geral os funcionários são amistosos.

Estadia boa! Se incluirem all inclusive, melhora!!

Priorizamos mar calmo, para as crianças ...e estava muito bom, foi bem aproveitado! Café da manhã gostoso e atendomento, no geral bom, apesar de demorar muito para sermos atendidos, mas o faziam! O que deixou a desejar, a qualidade da comida, pouca opção de proteina e repetitivo! Quartos com mofo, mas colocaram máquina de ozônio, que amenizou um pouco. Mas no geral, a qualidade do mar superou expectativas!! Até poderemos voltar, de tanto que gostamos da praia! Jantar de Reivelion, muito bom e bem servido. Músicas e atrações à noite, de otima qualidade!

We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

Recepção sem climatização e desorganizada

Tivemos um check-in muito bom. As camareiras são muitos educadas e prestativas. O que pega no hotel é uma recepção ampla com muitas cadeiras e sofás, todavia o ambiente não é climatizado. Aonde o hotel pretende chegar, vejo como grande desconforto. Outro ponto que não gostei foi o check-out desorganizado. Tive que conviver com hóspedes furando fila com o consentimento de toda recepção. Sem falar da priorização de um encontro de médicos. Fui solicitar um drink no bar e não pude ser atendido, pois estava reservado para o encontro de médicos. Uma pena!!!

Hospedagem maravilhosa

O Resort possui boa infraestrutura. Minha hospedagem foi de meia pensão e, tanto o café da manhã como o jantar foram de boa qualidade e variedade. O clima é agradável. Tive apenas um pequeno contratempo no check-in. O Resort oferece alguns mimos que abrilhantam a experiência do hóspede.

Transtorno referente a valor que desapareceu

Funcionarios da recepcao e restaurante muito simpaticos. Contudo, infelizmente, meu marido deixou a carteira dentro de uma mochila e qdo fomos embora, faltava 40 reias ma carteira. Nao fizemos nenhuma reclamacao porque entendemos que itens de valor deveriam ficar guardados no cofre, contudo, jamais imaginavamos que iriam mexer dentro de uma mochila

Lugar maravilhoso.

O resort é excelente. A comida é uma delícia e é tudo MUITO completo! Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, especialmente o Luiz, Miqueias, Renato, Renata, Bianca, Anderson e Mecquel, estão sempre prontos e dispostos a ajudar e te atender. Gostaria de fazer menção aos recreadores “ tio Danone”, “tio Nescau” e “tia Bombom”, eles são muito divertidos além de terem todas as características citadas antes. As críticas que tenho são: a quantidade que vem nas porções, poderia ser mais e aí sim valeria muito o valor, que não é exorbitante; em um dos dias eles tiveram problema com a água e tivemos que esperar cerca de 1h para poder tomar banho; e em outro dia as toalhas demoraram cerca de 40min para chegar.
