Belo local, porém tive que negociar com a proprietária

Apesar de o anúncio do apartamento expor a informação de 8 pessoas como ocupação máxima, e descrição apontar 5 pessoas (ja um erro), a proprietária estava cobrando 200 reais por noite pela quarta pessoa em diante. Ou seja, estavamos em tres, e tive que recusa receber um amigo devido ao valor cobrado a mais. Além disso, a proprietária cobrou 200 reais a mais pelo simples motivo de que estavamais barato no site do que ela cobrava normalmente. Quanto ao local, o apartamento é bom e é bem localizado próximo a mercados e farmácias e facil acesso.
