Good retreat.

It is beautifully situated and is a peaceful environment. The front desk is extremely helpful with good english. It is slightly isolated. The restaurant serves buffet style morning and evening. To find an alternative, you must take a taxi to Porto de Galinhas to find other restaurants.

O lugar é incrível, segunda vez que nos hospedamos. Acomodações amplas e confortáveis, comida muito boa, sorvetes e petiscos a vontade, bebidas bem servidas. Funcionários educados e simpáticos com destaque para o denildo e para o cascao da recreação(animou as noites da galera) . Programação noturna boa.... Musica as vivo dois dias, e outras atividades de recreação. A recreacao infantil deixa um pouco a desejar, brincadeiraa bem repetitivas e espaco limitado. Sugiro a disponibilização de jogos de mesa para emprestimo aos hospedes, tambem fica a sugestao de colocacao de mesa de ping pong, sinuca, pois em dias de chuva fica sem opcao de atividades. A praia em frente ao hotel é fantastica, muito próxima as piscinas naturais do cupe, acesso a praia e estrutura da praia muito boa. O all incluse é muito bem servido, mas sem muito luxo e requinte, mas para nós foi excelente. Academia pequena mas atende o basico. Estivemos em 2023 e agora em agosto de 2025 e varias melhorias foram feitas no hotel, inusive na qualidade da comida. Voltaremos com certeza.

Experiencia diferenciada e suficiente, o hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, e proporcionou momentos de lazer, a diversificação na alimentação, porém achei que poderia melhorar a qualidade, achei que pecou um pouco nisso pelo menos ao meu paladar. Sobre o all inclusive, entendo a parte de limitar a cerveja, porém evitaria filas se eu pudesse pegar a lata de cerveja quando precisasse, pois muitas vezes os barmans estavam ocupados fazendo drinques. Ficamos nos quartos bem proximo ao restaurante e as areas de lazer, o que proporcionou uma enorme facilidade, para meus filhos e minha mãe idosa, mas também ficou bem ao lado da musica ao vivo todas as noites, que para mim não foi impeditivo nenhum, devido ao meu sono pesado.

Tem potencial, mas pode melhorar.

Hotel com bom custo x benefício (pelo preço que paguei, não pelos anunciados no site agora). Poderiam melhorar o atendimento da camareira e às demandas dos hóspedes. Questionei quanto aos canais fora do ar da tv, por diversas vezes, fiquei sem retorno. A camareira não repôs sabonete liquido e ficamos sem no último dia de hospedagem.. Teve um dia que a camareira não pode esperar 5 minutos pra sairmos do quarto pra ela poder limpar. Mindigaria com sabone e outras coisas. Quanto à comida é boa. Destaque para sobremesas, diferenciadas. Agora o cardapio achei meio repetitivo e as jantas temáticas com pouca enfase. P. ex. no dia mexicado havia taco montado na hora só e a pessoa parecia não saber direito sobre o prato (só falou carne, frango e verdura.) Enfim, faltou cuidado. O serviço de limpeza, retirada de pratos são excelentes. Os bares achei que faltou cuidado no preparo dos coqueteis. Barmans cansados e desmotivados. Bebidas sem elaboração em sua maioria (todas que tomei) desarmonicas (com excesso de algum ingrediente). A recreação achei limitada também. Há pouca estrutura/alternativas para ocupar os menores (ainda com chuva). Não há salão de jogos, sauna, ou outras atividades. Uma coisa que precisa melhorar é a comunicação das ativdiades. Joga-se a responsabilidade de presentar o hotel à uma "IA" um robozinho do Whatasapp. O robozinho só repassa informações genéricas e desatualizada. Não teve um dia que o pdf com programações do robozinho bateu com o que aconteceu de verdade.

Incrível!

O hotel é ótimo, chega a ser um resort (não por tamanho) mas por qualidade e atendimento. Comidas variadas, piscinas diversas, próximo às piscinas naturais. Atendimento sempre solícito e cordial. Cama confortável! Qualidade das toalhas muito boa. Foi uma ótima experiência de férias. O meu marido fez aniversário e levaram a ele um bolinho com vela, foi mto bacana! Recomendo muito! Já havíamos estado em outros resorts e este hotel All Inclusive não deixou em nada a desejar.

Quando chegamos tivemos problema com o quarto, pois reservamos c 2 camas de casal, e so tinha 1, ai mudaram a gente p outro quarto q tbm nao estava de acordo, foi passado p gerente e a mesma viu nossa cara de insatisfeita e colocou outra cama. O lugar é maravilhoso, comida toda hora, bebidas, tudo do bom e do melhor, atendimento, limpeza. Ameiiii Um ponto negativo é com redação aos fumantes, que nao tem o lugar certo p eles, se tem eles nao usam, teria que ter mais placas com proibido fumar, muito ruim esta tomando um sol na beira da piscina e sentir cheiro de cigarro. Mas tirando isso é perfeito, o show a noite tbm.
