Good retreat.

It is beautifully situated and is a peaceful environment. The front desk is extremely helpful with good english. It is slightly isolated. The restaurant serves buffet style morning and evening. To find an alternative, you must take a taxi to Porto de Galinhas to find other restaurants.

A equipe de funcionários do hotel era muito boa e prestativa. As opções de café da manhã, almoço e jantar eram muito boas. Além disso, durante o dia havia opções de lanches e petiscos também. As opções de bebidas eram muito boas, vinhos, espumantes, cervejas e drinks; além de água e refrigerantes. Minhas únicas ressalvas são: (1) o chuveiro não misturava água quente com a fria, ao abrir a fria, a água quente era bloqueada. (2) mesmo em baixa temporada e, claramente, com baixa ocupação não nos permitiram o late checkout, afirmando que o nosso quarto já estaria alocado para outros clientes. No mais, a experiência foi positiva.

Excelente acomodação. O único senão é a qualidade da internet. Deixa um pouco a desejar, mas se esforçaram em melhorar, o que aconteceu, mesmo mantendo limitações. Se a TV é por aplicativos do tipo streaming, o sinal de internet precisa ser bom e estável e, nesse aspecto, apesar do esforço da tentativa de melhora, ainda ficou abaixo do esperado.

Tudo muito farto e organizado. Fica o registro dos pontos a melhorar: - Chuveiro com pouca pressão e dificil de regular temperatura; - Televisão nao pega canal algum e internet é bem fraca quando funciona. Lugar agradável

No geral, o Hotel atendeu bem as expectativas, é bonito, com boa acessibilidade, acesso a praia, muito organizado e limpo. O café da manhã é bem farto, com muitas opções de frutas, pães, bolos e doces, além de possuir estação de tapioca e omelete feito na hora, que por sinal, são deliciosos. O buffet do almoço e jantar também agradou bastante, pois nos cinco dias em que ficamos, sempre teve pratos diferentes e saborosos. A comida do Hotel tem muito sabor, é uma delícia. Muitos pratos com frutos do mar ( camarão, lula, polvo), e uma farta opção de sobremesas que diversificaram durante a estadia. É claro que os pratos bases se repetem, mas sempre tinha opções diferentes. Achei um pouco fraco em relação a carnes bovinas. Em relação a bebidas, tinham geladeiras espalhadas pelo hotel de livre acesso dos hospedes, e estavam sempre bem geladinhas. Vi comentário falando que eram quentes, porém, na minha estadia estavam sempre geladas. Reservei um quarto família para um casal e duas crianças, no quarto continha uma cama de casal king e duas camas de solteiro. Há poucos pontos negativos no hotel, o primeiro são as camas, que são de mola, afundam, deixando as noites mais cansativas. Outro ponto e o fator de não possuir luz branca nos quartos, somente amarela, que é bem complicado para quem tem dificuldades de visão, pois elas cansam a visão, e o ultimo ponto é o Wi-fi que não funciona muito bem. Mas no geral, é uma boa opção de hospedagem com valores ótimos de diária

QUARTO ANO CONSECUTIVO

Nossa quarta vez no resort e a cada visita tudo melhora! Desta vez conhecemos o novo terraço, amplo e protegido da chuva, onde acontecem as recreações. Ficamos nos quartos 207 e 208, com vista para essa parte nova, perfeitos para subir e descer rápido para as atividades (em outros anos ficamos no fundo e tinhamos preguiça de ir e vir mais de 1x no dia hehehe) O resort é impecável: limpo, organizado, rodeado de natureza, com comidas e bebidas variadas e deliciosas. Fiz aniversário e recebi um cupcake e uma tábua de bombons e frutas linda! O atendimento é excelente: tudo que pedimos foi resolvido, e ainda nos deixaram permanecer no hotel após o checkout até a hora do voo. Usei a lavanderia (prazo de 24h) e devolveram minha camisa branca, antes manchada de protetor solar, impecável e passada, por R$13 — ótimo serviço! Destaque para os funcionários: Deco/Denildo e Giliard que viraram nossos amigos nesses 5 anos — Denildo é pura alegria e a caipirinha de acerola do Giliard é imperdível! Cauã/Kauan – barman jovem, simpático e criativo e Tiago, que cobriu horários no bar do terraço — todos citados fazem drinks incríveis. Ângelo, do restaurante, sempre simpático e organizado. Cineângela, camareira do nosso quarto, deixava tudo cheiroso, com flores, pijamas dobrados e um sorriso sempre presente. Recreadores como Tio Cascão, Tio Café e Tio Rio contagiam os hóspedes com animação. Voltaremos no próximo ano (quero desconto fidelidade, hahaha)! Mais uma vez, experiência maravilhosa.

O hotel é muito aconchegante, com todas as instalações bem próximas uma das outras. Comida boa, drinks gostosos, limpeza excelente. Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos. Minha única queixa é do colchão, mas nada que tire a excelência na hospedagem!!!

Lugar Excelente, bem cuidado e muito bonito. Varias atrações e atividades para as crianças o tempo todo. Comida espetacular. Bar tenders, nem sempre simpaticos, mas fazem tudo bem feito. Voltarei com certeza.
