Most staff were pleasant but kitchen staff were not always very friendly. And breakfeast was almost the same everyday wish they would offer diferent meat selections like sausage or bacon not cut up hotdogs in tomato sauce everyday

Fiquei em um quarto no térreo da Unidade Navegantes-Boa Viagem, quarto esse muito simples, o qual classificaria como "dos fundos" logo pela manhã, muito cedo, o barulho dos funcionários incomodava, eu acordava muito cedo por causa disso. As paredes cinzas que, se não for uma pintura mal feita, estava com as paredes manchadas como se estivessem limpado mofo. a cama de casal era formada por duas de solteiro o que deixava uma fenda ao meio. As toalhas de banho disponibilizadas são de péssima qualidade e trocadas a cada dois dias, reclamei e consegui trocar as vezes que foram disponibilizadas umas muito ruins. O chuveiro ficava pingando o tempo todo a televisão tinha apenas canais abertos. Sem falar que estava acontecendo uma obra em um quarto ao lado, e convivi com esses barulhos, fiz uma reclamação. Entendo que a obra tem que acontecer, mas não alocasse ninguém nos quartos próximos. Foi uma experiência muito ruim. Infelizmente esqueci de fazer umas fotos do quarto que por sinal, é muito diferente do que é mostrado no site.

O hotel em si é bem modesto, não tem elevador nem piscina, a troca de toalhas só o orientador a cada dois dias, porém a limpeza é diária e boa. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e solícitos. O café da manhã é bom. Em resumo, o hotel é bem simples e a falta do elevador pode ser impecilho para pessoas idosas e/ou com dificuldades de locomoção. A limpeza é muito boa, apesar da troca de toalhas ocorrer dia sim, dia não. Quanto às amenidades, não ofertam toalhas de rosto nem shampoo, apenas sabonete. O ponto forte é a simpatia, atenção e cordialidade da equipe de funcionários. A localização é boa. O hotel só dispõe de três vagases para estacionamento, o que não caracteriza a oferta deste serviço. O estabelecimento não dispõe de restaurante (exceto para o café da manhã) nem de serviço de quarto (refeições). Também não possui conforto acústico adequado, é possível ouvir barulho do prédio ao lado, ao menos no quarto no qual ficamos.

Local excelente, funcionários bem treinados e com excelente atendimento. Um ponto que deixou a desejar,fomos acomodados no quarto 101 no térreo,próximo a ao local do café da manhã e do lado do quarto de limpeza do pessoal. As 6:00 HS da manhã achamos bem barulhento devido ao acesso dos outros hospedes aos locais comuns. Outro ponto seria a conservação do quarto,Paredes com mofos e Parede com Infiltração,sendo assim escorria água no chão. Ar condicionado muito barulhento e em cima da cama,havendo assim muita dificuldade para descansar.

Hotel bem modesto, café da manhã simples. Importante ressaltar que o hotel tem três andares e não tem elevador. As tvs, pelo menos do quarto que fiquei, não é Smartv e sintonizava apenas canais abertos. As roupas e cama com aspecto de velhas, o cobertor (edredon) inclusive estava rasgado.
