Quarto mal cuidado, sem manutenção. Cama ruim, lençol sem elástico q sai da cama. Falta lençol para cobrir. Mas pior foi que a recepção fechou o portão da garagem quando saíamos arranhando o nosso carro.

Propaganda enganosa. A piscina tem uma altura de 50 cm no máximo, o café da manhã não condiz com as fotos anunciadas. Ademais, há ratos enormes correndo pelo estacionamento e pelo pátio do hotel e há cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. O único ponto positivo é o atendimento dos funcionários, que no geral são bastante solícitos.

hotel está em condições muito ruins. Qualidade dos móveis e objetos do quarto estão velhos, tomadas não funcionam e wc não tinha nem tapete de chão. Toalhas não estavam no quarto. Café da manhã muito fraco e não tinha reposição. Garagem com lixos e ratos expostos e sem cuidado algum com a estrutura de limpeza.

Hotel péssimo

Primeiramente, desde o início do agendamento, não teve diálogo com o hotel, fiz uma solicitação, mas não tive resposta. Quando cheguei lá de 14h da tarde e fiz o check-in fui informada que não tinha tolhas nos quartos e que so chegariam de 16:00, chegaram as 16:30.O quarto estava em pessimas condições, com cheiro de mofo, os móveis em estado de deterioração, o banherio visivelmente mal limpo , com com sujidade, e não tinha o mínimo disponível como sabonetes e tolhas de chão. O café da manhã muito, muito simples e sem falar que só começa de 7:00. A estrutura do hotel na recepção é boa , no entando no primeiro andar tem vazamento de água pelas paredes...eles colocaram um pano no chão para conter a água que escorria. O wifi é péssimo. Enfim.. já me hospedei em hoteis mais baratos e com grande qualidade no serviço disponibilizado, nesse foi uma negação.

Hotel bom , não é ruim não , porém precisa de um upgrade nos quartos , principalmente no que eu fiquei , a porta não estava boa, precisa de uma repaginada, mais no geral foi boa. Quero agradecer aqui o atendimento dos funcionários , principalmente os da recepção, fiz minha reserva pelo hotéis.com , quando cheguei lá não tinha reserva , mais foi porque o site não encaminhou para o hotel, mais de pronto foi resolvido , porque tinha um quarto sobrando , ainda bem. Outra coisa que tem que melhorar é a wi-fi, não pegou em nem um local , infelizmente. Mais no todo eu recomendo. O estacionamento é pequeno, caso tenha um carro maior não cabe, mais na frente do hotel tem vagas e monitoramento.
