I’ve stayed at this place before, however, it seems to be that different investors have taken over the building. Some will try to make their apartments to be cozy and comfortable. This time I rented one with the least amount of furniture, cutlery, pans and everything in the kitchen. Not enough toiletries. Check in until 3:00 p.m. I would stay in this building again, but I would avoid this owner.

Quarto bom, mas pode haver algumas melhorias. A tomada perto da cama não funciona e não é disponibilizado toalha de rosto, apenas a de corpo. No banheiro, não há suporte para sabonete e shampoo. Nos primeiros dias, havia um odor de esgoto forte no quarto, mas parecia vir dos arredores. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar foi a internet, que ficou cerca de 3 dias sem funcionar, além de queda de rede por alguns períodos do dia. Para longas permanências, é complicado a questão da limpeza do quarto, não há troca das toalhas ou roupa de cama, reposição de papel higiênico, por exemplo, ficam todos na responsabilidade do hóspede, como fiquei quase 15 dias, senti falta dessa comodidade, fica a sugestão. Fora isso, a estrutura é bem boa, staffs da recepção sempre muito gentis e dispostos a ajudar.

A piscina e a localização são espetaculares. O mercado 24h poderia ter mais opções sem glúten. O estacionamento é excelente. Os únicos pontos fracos são a ausência de ducha higiênica no WC e de um restaurante no condomínio, mas nada que um iFood não resolva.

Eu adoro o prédio e tenho me hospedado la com freqüência por conta do meu trabalho em Recife, porém acredito que deixa a desejar na limpeza, especialmente lavagem da roupa de cama e toalhas. Sempre encontro alguma sujeira e a toalha e lençol não cheiram bem. Nessa ultima estadia particularmente presenciei um gerente bem grosseiro e com prosas inconvenientes com os funcionários, totalmente fora de ambiente. Brigando e até mesmo praticando assedio moral.
