Fabulous find on the South Sicilian Coast

Wonderful accommodation on the hilltop overlooking a great private beach. Great host who flexibly attended to our every need. The place has simple modern furniture and is well appointed. Brilliant unspoilt position/location. Loved it (family of 4)

Spectacular view and gorgeous almost private beach

Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact 😉 Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min. View from the garden breathtaking

Tolle Lage, nahezu privater Strand. Einige MĂ€ngel wurden erst auf Anfrage beseitigt: Ventilator und Stuhl kaputt, Gasflasche am Grill bei Ankunft leer, plötzlich kein Wasser mehr, da Sisterne nicht rechtzeitig aufgefĂŒllt wurde. Schade, trĂŒbte den guten Gesamteindruck.

Semplicemente spettacolare

Purtroppo possiamo dare solo 5 stelle. Mauro un ragazzo che farà strada 
 cortese attento presente. Location da favola nel verde , isolato che non sentì una macchina 
spiaggia privata che si, ù parecchio in salita 
 ma spettacolare ù praticamente esclusiva. Speriamo di poterci tornare 
 grazie di tutto ù stata una settimana di vero relax

Mit einer wundervollen Aussicht beinhaltet das Haus alles was ausreichend ist um angenehme Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Ein bißchen Kontition fĂŒr steile Wege ist gefragt. Top Bungalow in "Alleinlage"

Einfache Ausstattung, voll klimatisiert(jeder Raum einzeln), sehr sauber. Ruhe und Erholung pur. Der "Privatstrand" unterhalb der Felsklippen wird ĂŒber einen steilen Weg durch einen Olivenhain erschlossen. Manche mögen den Weg als waghalsig empfinden, wir haben die Natur genossen beim 8 minĂŒtigen Aufstieg.

Wonderful place, kind owners

This place is wonderful. The cabin is situated with a magnificent view of the sea, with everything to make you comfortable, including an outdoor patio with a gas grill. The owner is very kind and checked in to make sure we were doing well. It is a rural area, but within driving distance of many different beaches. The beach near the property is reachable on foot. The path is a bit steep, but doable. Highly recommended. Only thing to note is that water in cabin is not potable, so you have to buy bottled water. Not difficult -- there is a discount supermarket nearby.

Paradise place to relax

The House has everything you can ask (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning). It is a little bit far away from everything (8 minutes by car) but the view is amazing and it is the perfect place to relax and to be out of the world. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Beautiful beaches reachable either by foot or by car. You need to rent a car to get there. Very good experience and worth the price.

Heel goed en rustig gelegen huisje met een adembenemend zicht op zee. Die zee is overal dichtbij, heel mooie zandstranden in de buurt. Huis heeft alles wat men nodig heeft, heel proper en alle voorzieningen. Privé parking ook aanwezig. Eigenaar is binnen de paar minuten ter plaatse als je iets nodig hebt. Centraal gelegen om een heel groot stuk van Sicilié te bezoeken. Agrigento, Trapani, Marsala, Park van Zingaro, Torre Salsa, Scala dei Turchi, Syracusa, Vulkaan Etna etc... Heel goede restaurants (de vis en zeevruchten zijn er vers en subliem) in de buurt aan schappelijke prijzen, groot winkelcentrum in Agrigento. En de ZON, ze was er alle dagen ! Met spijt in het hart vertrokken. Bedankt voor de mooie twee weken.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus zum Entspannen

Selbst in der Hochsaison ist die Lage dieser Location ruhig. Der Blick ĂŒber die Bucht ist traumhaft. Große Terrassen mit Gasgrill und Auto im eingezĂ€unten Garten. Der fußlĂ€ufige Weg zum einsamen Strand ist bei Hitze etwas anstrengend, aber dafĂŒr ist der Nachbarstrand mit bewachtem P und Bar schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ohne Fahrzeug ist man hier allerdings sehr einsam... die Lage als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Besichtigungen rund um Agrigent (Valle dei templi,etc.) oder ins Landesinnere ist ideal.

Beste Gastgeber sorgen mit ihrer Immobilie und Service fĂŒr beste Erholung

Saubere und neuwertige Einrichtung mit allen wichtigen GerĂ€ten. Neue Waschmaschine, SpĂŒlmaschine, Gasherd und Backofen, zusĂ€tzlicher Gasgrill vorhanden. Geschirr und Besteck sind neuwertig und ausreichend. Ebenso ausreichend können Warm- und Kaltwasser genutzt werden. Ein leistungsfĂ€higer KĂŒhlschrank mit TiefkĂŒhlfach ist vorhanden. So konnten wir regelmĂ€ĂŸig italienische EisspezialitĂ€ten auf der Terrasse mit weitem Blick ĂŒbers Meer geniessen. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Aussendusche hilft den Sand der schönen StrĂ€nde der Umgebung fĂŒrs Erste abzuspĂŒlen. Der SanitĂ€rbereich ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und alle Einrichtungen funktionieren bestens. Vom Bidet ĂŒber Massagedusche, bis zur Waschmaschine. Die MĂŒckennetze vor den Fenstern helfen kleine Biester abzuhalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfreich und auch schnell ĂŒber mobile Netze erreichbar. Seine Objekte sind sehr gepflegt und verfĂŒgen ĂŒber sichere UmzĂ€unung und Einrichtungen. Wir kommen wieder wenn wir wirkliche Ruhe mit bestem Meerblick brauchen. Die Bilder sind realistisch und werden genau so erlebt. Das GrundstĂŒck ist sehr sauber und die Abfallwirtschaft gut geregelt. In der NĂ€he sind wirklich schöne SandstrĂ€nde mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Das Objekt und der Vermieter kann nur bestens empfohlen werden.

Ferienhaus fĂŒr rundum erholsame Tage

Wir haben Anfang Juni eine absolut ruhige Woche in Realmonte genossen. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden, aber nicht einsam und bietet einen phantastischen Blick aus Meer und die umliegende Landschaft mit einem Turm aus dem 15. Jh. Agrigent und die Scala dei Turchi sind mit dem Auto - das fĂŒr einen Urlaub in diesem Haus unerlĂ€sslich ist - sehr schnell zu erreichen. BezĂŒglich der Einrichtung haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. E + M

Heerlijk gelegen villa, prachtig uitzicht, zeer attente verhuurder, erg rustig gelegen.

Heerlijke dagen gehad in deze bungalow, met twee personen. Goede douche, binnen en buiten. Fijne terrassen om het huis. Op 300 meter van het strand (berg af). Ook een paar dagen wind en regen gehad (let op dat het water niet onder de deur doorloopt), maar dat kan de pret en luxe niet drukken. Sterk aan te bevelen!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist funktional und modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Hier zu frĂŒhstĂŒcken war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Mit einem Auto ist man schnell im nĂ€chsten Supermarkt und an sehr schönen StrĂ€nden. Der Strand am Torre Salsa hat uns am besten gefallen. Er liegt in einem Naturreservat westlich von Siculiana Marina und erstreckt sich kilometerlang an weißen Felsen, Ă€hnlich der Scala dei Turchi - nur viel einsamer. Auch ein Ausflug zu den Tempeln bei Agrigento ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. Die Straßen sind auf Sizilien allerdings oft recht schmal und in schlechtem Zustand, so dass man das Tempo entsprechend anpassen muss und manchmal auch gute Nerven mitbringen muss. Die Buchung, An- und Abreise waren völlig reibungslos. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Bei Problemen oder Fragen gab es direkt Lösungen und Tipps. Insgesamt wĂŒrde ich die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ein Traumhaus

Bei dem HÀuschen handelt es sich wirklich um ein kleines Traumhaus. Der Blick ist fabelhaft, der fast private Sandstrand wunderschön und der Komfort im und am Haus sind super. Wir haben in diesem Haus unsere letzten Urlaubstage auf Sizilien verbracht und es war der perfekte Abschluss. Wir kommen gerne wieder - dann jedoch noch lÀnger.
