The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to the station, tesco and town.Check in: the good part is that the address and lock box combination were provided on the day of arrival.The bad: we had to call them to get the info sent through and when we did get it, the instructions were simply that the keys are in the lock box by the bins. We found 2 lock boxes but neither accepted the code.Called again and were eventually sent a pic of the correct lock box which was neither of the first 2 but located in another area. One key, fob and garage beeper set was retrieved.Secure car park has double locked shutters. The good of this is that it keeps people out. The bad was that the beeper control didnt work so we were also kept out. No instructions of where to use the beeper accompanied the check in. Eventually another resident exited, confirmed our beeper wasn't working and showed us where to use the fob to open the first shutter.2nd shutter didnt accept the fob and the code provided didnt work. The 2nd code provided didnt work and eventually the 3rd code worked.Apartment is spacious and in good condition generally. Some wear but nothing significant.Main room with ensuite was all functional.2nd bedroom as a shower in the bath.Only 1 key was provided so we requested a 2nd which was provided next day.The sparecrib team all scrambled to resolve issues and tried their best but it felt a bit chaotic. Would be a great place if sparecrib get their act together.
