A quiet and secluded place, ideal for those who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. If you are looking for an adventure, Ražanac is the perfect starting point for exploring the Zadar area. Velebit on the east side is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. Nearby is the Paklenica National Park, which tourists love to visit and enjoy its natural beauty. For those who like larger centers, Zadar is only a twenty-minute drive away.

In front of the villa there is a big swimming pool with sun beds where You can enjoy sunrays during hot summer days.
