Reliable internet Wi-Fi is included in the house, keeping you connected whenever needed. Parking for up to 4 cars is available directly on the premises, offering convenience and ease of access for larger groups or guests arriving by multiple vehicles.

Villa "Stella Verde" is equipped with a central heating system, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout the cooler months. Inside the villa, guests have access to a sauna and a hot tub, both included in the rental. Please be aware that the hot tub cannot be used on the day of arrival. Should you require the pool heating to be activated during your stay, it is necessary to notify the owner at least 7 days in advance. The property is particularly well-suited for families. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. A shop is located 1.5 km from the villa, and a restaurant can be reached within 750 m, making everyday conveniences easily accessible.

Unit Layout

This elegant 4-room vacation rental extends across 255 m2 spread over 3 levels, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the main level, a spacious living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, with direct access to a 13 m2 balcony. This floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath and WC, and satellite TV, as well as access to the balcony. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes this floor.

On the lower ground floor, a second living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV opens directly onto a large terrace and the swimming pool area. A lounge with shower and WC also provides access to the terrace and swimming pool, and an additional separate WC is available on this level.

The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 170 to 400 cm. Each of these rooms is configured with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower with WC, and satellite TV, with direct access to a 33 m2 balcony. All levels benefit from stunning views of the valley and the surrounding forest, while the outdoor spaces include a large terrace of 90 m2, partly roofed, furnished with terrace and balcony furniture and 8 deck chairs.
