The hotel staff was very kind and helpful! It began when they sent us an email about the transportation strike happening the day of our arrival and continued through the whole of our stay. The room was fairly large, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The desk staff went out of their way to be helpful, providing directions, an extra key, phone numbers, etc., all with a smile, kindness, and caring. They even printed some documents for us. We appreciated that the hotel arranged for our transfer from BLQ for a reasonable fee the the transfer to the cruise port was free. The front desk as very helpful in pointing out options for touring and dining. The included breakfast buffet was very convenient before starting a day of touring the city. Owner Tommaso was especially friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay in.

Hotel Italia is a gem. It is conveniently located very near the Train Station in Treviso- a small beautiful and small city with not enough Taxis. Our stay was perfect. We were delighted with Tomasso, Il Duca Andrea and Sylvia. We heartedly recommend Hotel Italia and hope to return again.

The hotel was an easy walk from everything we wanted to see and eat. Staff were very helpful with dining recommendations and the breakfast offered was a great way to start the day. Morning cappuccinos were delicious.
