Vermeiden, wenn möglich

Wir hatten einen kaputten Badschrank, kaum Steckdosen im Zimmer, so z.B. gab es eine Nachttischlampe, die jedoch nirgends anzuschließen war; die Dusche war großteils mit Panzertape repariert, Frühstück war trotz Buchung nicht erhältlich, da am Sonntag Morgen um 9.00 schlicht und einfach NIEMAND vom Servicepersonal im Haus aufzufinden war

per email Anleitung vom Hotel hängt eine Schlüsselbox am Zimmer. Hier war allerdings keiner. Eine Rückmeldung vom Hotel kam erst nach einigen Stunden, bis dahin nach langer Reise kein Zimmer. Code für die Hoteltür hat auch nicht funktioniert. Ich habe mir dann woanders ein Zimmer gesucht

Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Duschtüren waren nicht dicht, so dass das Bad anschließend halb unter Wasser stand. Beim Betreten des Zimmers roch es sehr intensiv und unangenehm vermutlich nach einem Lufterfrischer. Der Totalausfall des TV war jedoch das größte Manko. Ob es am Gerät lag oder am Anbieter können wir nicht beurteilen. Die Lage des Hotels im lebhaften Zentrum war für uns okay. Das Schloss und der Altstadtkern waren bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Öffentliche Parkplätze waren nur in einiger Entfernung vom Hotel und da auch nur in begrenzter Anzahl vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön angerichtet und für uns ausreichend.
