We (a family of 10 - 3 generations from 1,5 to 60 years) spend 2 weeks in Villa Shanti in the summer of 2020. We arrived with high expectations, and they were more than met in this wonderful house. The house and the contents of the house – from kitchen equipment over the beds to the pool – were of very high quality.
Also it must be mentioned that the service we received from Ingrid from the start of the booking to the end of our holiday were extraordinary. Any questions were answered within hours (or even minutes), and when we one day encountered problems with the air-condition in one of the rooms, a technician was ordered right away and showed up the next morning at 9 o’clock. Air-con couldn’t be fixed, but before the end of the day, it had been replaced!
Last I will emphasize that we had booked the house in the midst of a Corona-time. Which meant that we – 1,5 months before arrival – were impacted of new restrictions for travelling issued by the Danish authorities. We contacted Ingrid – was it possible at this late stage and due to those very special conditions of Corona-pandemi to cancel the booking? We promptly received the message: “Of course, I understand”, and the money were transferred back to us immediately. Luckily the restrictions for travelling were lifted, so we could go and spend two fantastic weeks in Villa Shanti
