Rundum ein toller Urlaub
Wir sind als Paar gereist beide 56 Jahre alt und hatten unsere beiden grossen Hunde dabei. Super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Alles super sauber, für die Hunde 3000m2 Spaß und Spiel, alles top. Wir kommen wieder!!!!!!!!!

Perfekt!!!
Das Haus ist super sauber und hat einen traumhaft schönen Garten! Edi und sekne Familie samt Papa sind toll. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage werden jeden Morgen gereinigt und das sehr früh, ohne das man etwas mitbekommt. Der Empfang, sowie die Abreise waren sehr herzlich und aufmerksam! Das Haus steht direkt an einer Straße, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Labin mit Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen sind in 5 km erreichbar und in ca. 7 km ist man in Rabac am Strand. Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Tag in Rovinj einplanen ca. eine Stunde Autofahrt

Nach einer langen Anreise und eine Horror Rückfahrt. Hat der Aufenthalt für vieles entschädigt. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Haus und Anlagen um Haus super gepflegt. Sanitäre Anlagen könnten mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten alles super.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!!
Wir (4 Mädels) haben eine tolle Woche dort verbringen können! Edi hat uns herzlich empfangen, als Willkommensgruß gab es eine riesige Schinken-Käse-Platte und ein selbst gemachtes Tiramisu! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig, toll war, dass es zwei Bäder (1x mit Badewanne und 1x mit Dusche) mit je einem WC gibt. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch da, die Terrasse oben ist herrlich und man kann den Abend dort toll verbringen. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, den könnte evtl die Straße stören - nicht viel befahren, aber man hört sie wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß und weitläufig mit vielen Schattenplätzen! Es gibt 4 Liegen, Stühle, große Essecke mit einem großen Schirm und einen tollen Pool, der sehr gepflegt und sauber ist. Edis Vater gießt morgens die Blumen und säubert den Pool :-) das ist wirklich spitze! Wir haben nie etwas gesehen oder gehört, das macht er ganz unauffällig! Die Einfahrt ist frisch gepflastert und man kann dort toll Tischtennis spielen (Platte + Schläger/Bälle) vorhanden. Das EG ist wie bereits von mehreren Gästen beschrieben, nicht bewohnt - man hat den tollen Garten also für sich alleine :-) Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, aber das war uns bewusst. Es ist genügend Auswahl in der Region vorhanden. Edi hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen kann (Labin Altstadt etc). Fazit: Sauberes Haus, toller Garten, gute Lage, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!

Super Haus - super Urlaub
Edi und seine Familie sind unglaublich gute Gastgeber. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit unseren Kindern und unserem Hund in ihrem Haus. Es wird für alles gesorgt und das Haus ist super eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer traumhaften Gegend
Der Vermieter Edi u seine Familie sind sehr fürsorglich u nett. Als Willkommensgruß gab es sogar mega leckeren Kuchen u kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank! Der Kontakt war sehr gut u unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man benötigt. Auch die Matratzen waren richtig gut. Der Garten ist riesig u man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Jeden Morgen kam Edis Vater u hat den Pool gereinigt, die Treppen gefegt usw. Auch einen Handtuchwechsel gab es ohne Nachfragen. Selbst das TV hatte viele deutsche Sender, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft schön u man ist mit dem Auto zügig an den Stränden u an den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vielen Dank an Edi für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Erholung und Wohlfühloase
Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr erholsamen, gemütlichen und sehr entspannten Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Edi. Das Haus hat zwei Etagen, genutzt werden kann aktuell nur die obere Etage, die untere ist noch nicht vollständig ausgebaut. 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, 1 Toilette mit grosser Dusche, grosses Wohnzimmer mit toller Couch, Esszimmer und Küche, grosser Flur. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, eine im Flur (zentral), eine im Wohnzimmer. Absolut ausreichend. Eine große Terrasse vom Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer betretbar, auf der wir immer gefrühstückt haben. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen an dieser Stelle: Die Terrasse liegt zur Strasse hin, die durchaus befahren ist. Abends steht hier die Sonne drauf, das Abendessen ist dann unter Umständen sehr warm oder eben erst sehr spät, wenn die Sonne untergegangen ist. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Die Zeit vor Ort ist förmlich verflogen.

Sehr erholsame Auszeit mit Auszeichnung
Wir durften zwei Wochen im schönen Haus von Edi unsere Ferien verbringen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und hat einen traumhaften Garten, mit vielen Pflanzen und einem schönen sauberen Pool. Der Garten und Pool werden jeden Morgen von der Familie gereinigt und alles wird sauber gehalten. Dadurch ist es eine richtige Oase in der man es sich in relativer Abgeschiedenheit entspannen kann. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Edi ist ein toller überaus freundlicher Gastgeber, mit vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen und allem was man in der Umgebung machen kann. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Auch für Familien und Gruppen ist das Haus sehr geeignet.
