Welcome to this fully-equipped 5-bedrooms villa in the beautiful city of Ras-al-Khaimah, less than 2-hours away from the capital of the United Arab Emirates. This modern townhouse is the perfect getaway for families and friends who are looking for all the comforts inside the same space. With shared facilities as well as private features, this villa is the ideal place to enjoy your holiday staycation.

Accommodating a large group of people, the townhouse is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances: a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. There are kitchen utensils, dishes and tableware available for guests. There are 4 bathrooms that come with a shower and one that has a bathtub. One of the bedrooms is an independent room which has a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Free toiletries and hair dryers are available in all bathrooms for the commodity of our guests. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost.

You’ll also find fast, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in this villa as well as a flat-screen TV with streaming services to enjoy nights-in. For your convenience, this villa also comes with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. This villa has the luxury of a private swimming pool for your own enjoyment, available at all times with the maximum depth of 1,50m.

Olala Beach Villa 18 is nestled in a residential compound with family-friendly facilities including swimming pool,playground, and various sports facilities. Minutes away from Intercontinental Ras Al-Khaimah Resort, you have a wide range of water activities and luxurious facilities such as a spa centre at your doorstep. The resort offers day passes for you to relax and enjoy to your heart's content with a clear beach view. It’s well-connected to Dubai, and the Dubai International Airport is a 50-minute drive away.

*Please kindly note:
- There is a tourism fee of 15 AED/night, and a destination fee of 7% of the total price, both to be paid upon check-in.
- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s licence is not accepted.
- Our staff takes care of the maintenance and cleaning of the pool area each Monday and Thursday from 7:00am to 8:00am. This routinary procedure doesn't cause any noise or disturbance to our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
