Even from the kitchen featuring a deLonghi 5 hob gas oven, all mod cons and central kitchen island, one can view the lagoon outside.

Marino has two identical master bedrooms with walk thru closets leading to fully equipped ensuites.

Marino’s large covered balcony runs the whole length of the house giving excellent areas for outdoor entertaining, reading sleeping and watching sunsets… perfect.

Downstairs, the newly planted grounds promise a wonderful setting for your walk to the lagoon and the large paddling hole which awaits. Coming from the sea there is also a downstairs bathroom and shower to wash off the salt.

There is a 24 hour store a 5 minute walk from Marino, and also Rarotonga’s top Video store virtually across the road, the Punanga Nui markets and Avarua, Rarotonga’s main (only) town is only a five minute drive away… far away, so close.
