This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but live in the neighborhood and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to make your standard meals and boasts a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda.

Enjoy the main floor living area or move downstairs to watch TV, relax on the sectional with recliners - great place to take a nap or enjoy a movie - able to watch freeTV channels or sign into your own streaming services.

This home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three car garage. The upper level includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and queen bed. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed and full size crib, a bathroom and laundry room. There is also a game/office room with games, office/gaming desk with an additional loft bed for maximum sleeping flexibility. Games are provided for everyone to enjoy (Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.) The lowest level includes a large family room with the 2nd TV and foosball table, and one more bedroom with two twin over twin bunks.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

Quiet hours run from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. so that everyone nearby (yourself included) gets a real night's sleep.

No Parties - We love hosting typical family/friend gatherings — shared meals, game nights, catching up, or relaxing after sightseeing — those activities are all welcome! However, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. If it involves a DJ, a fog machine, a cousin yelling “WOOOOO!”, or friends of friends showing up at all hours, it is not allowed. Please keep in mind that the property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety-conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.

Unauthorized visitors - To keep our insurance company happy, the number of overnight guests may not exceed the number listed in your reservation. Any unauthorized visitors during Quiet Hours may be treated as overnight guests and result in extra charges and/or cancellation.

Animals - Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations. We adore animals — our immune systems do not.

Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property. The only permissible place to smoke is off the property on the sidewalk or the street. This keeps the property fresh and prevents any lingering odors from entering the home. Our couches and carpets thank you in advance for your compliance. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found any nearer to the house than the sidewalk or street.

Food and Drink - Please limit eating and drinking to the kitchen and dining areas. The laminate in the kitchen was designed to clean up with ease; that area rug in the living room and that carpeting in the bedroom, not so much.

Shoes - Leave your cares and your shoes at the door. To protect the flooring, we ask that you do not wear your outside shoes inside. Dedicated inside-only shoes are permitted for those who need them.

Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings. The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.
