From the moment I walked through the doors, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for an incredible stay. The attention to detail was evident everywhere – from the impeccably maintained facilities to the thoughtfully designed rooms that combined luxury with comfort. Every corner of the hotel exuded elegance and sophistication. The service was truly world-class. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and with genuine care. Whether it was the concierge providing tailored recommendations, housekeeping attending to our room with precision, or the dining staff offering exceptional service, each interaction left a lasting impression. The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my mother was well taken care of. I cannot thank the staff of the Ritz Carlton for making our stay special. We also held a reception in the ballroom and the function was well organized and beautifully done. I hope to return again soon.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was short but sweet. The staff - especially those at breakfast - were amazing & super helpful. Our room was lovely & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Maintenance of the property could be improved on: the rooms are a little tired & one of the steps on the ladder of the pool was broken. Overall, this is a great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
