Birthday Family Weekend

Check in was quick and easy. All questions answered from receptionist. Stay was for two nights. Got lost to our room, maintenance worker who helped us was very friendly. Parking availability is SMALL. Dont try to leave after 3 pm or you will not find parking again. Front desk staff sent my son a birthday card and birthday cake! Made my son feel special. Appreciated the gesture, front desk team went above and beyond for our stay. Room was clean. Mini fridge in room didnt work good. Took hoursss for it to cool. No service at pool locations. Had to hunt a worker down for ordering drinks. No towel service attendant. Towels were almost always gone. The water slide attendant was great! I believe Jesse was his name. Overall stay was good. Would go back again.

Great for a family

We were able to check in right at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. They were just wrapping up an ice cream cart at the lobby but had a table of complimentary desserts. They gave my daughter a goodie bag with a coloring book, colored pencils, juice box and little bag of goldfish. They situated us across from the lazy river so that was very convenient. Room itself had very good ac and the beds were comfortable. It was quite loud with a family next door. The lazy river was a bit murky and crowded but overall my daughter had a blast. Would stay here again.

The carpet in the room was very dirty as they never shampoo or deep-clean it. The phones in the room were dusty too. It was inconvenient that there were no trash cans in the bathroom. The swimming pools were fun and well-maintained.
