We went there due the situation in the Middle East there was no flight abroad The service was amazing and the reception was wonderful. But there is one problems about the cleaning . Was super dust and we asked them to clean and there was no response.

We had a wonderful stay at The Setai. During our stay, the chef, Tzvi, was very welcoming and made our stay even better. I really appreciated Tsviโ€™s hospitality- he made sure we were enjoying our stay and it was great to see how passionate he was about his work. We went for the privacy, and we had that. But, the rooms were not clean. Especially the bathroom. We also had a saga with the spa. We scheduled a message and when we arrived it was closed. The reception said they would be there in half hour if we can just wait. We waited and they didn't get there for over an hour.
