The check in process was quite an ordeal. My room was on the 5th floor. First the keys didn’t work so I had to go back to the front desk to get them reactivated. This took an additional 10 minutes because there were other guests to be waited on. Then once we got in the room and had begun unpacking, we realized there were no blinds on the window. So I called the front desk and they said they would have to move us to the second floor. I went back to the front desk to get the new room assignment. The receptionist was nice but fumbled around in the computer and her phone trying to figure out why the room assignment had been changed in the system. When she finally figured it out, I had go back to the room and gather all of my things before she could give me keys for the other room. After driving for 4 hours and arriving at the hotel and checking in initially at 8:30, I wasn’t able to finally get into a room until almost 10 pm. I was beyond frustrated and exhausted.

This staff was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The property was clean, loved the set up in the lobby with the seating areas. The foosball tables in the other area and tv. It was set up for several groups to enjoy. Perfect. And parking was easy!
