The property was as advertised. The property manager was excellent as she responded quickly. The rear patio was a great place to relax with a drink. Only downside was the road was fast and busy but not enough to be a detriment to the property.

Nice Property

Overall, my experience was positive. The online pictures accurately depict the spacious house, providing ample room for people to spread out. The property's location is conveniently close to downtown and just blocks away from Shaw University. My dad particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, spending a significant amount of time there. The kitchen's open concept was ideal for both cooking and social interaction.

Clean Modern Home

Great modern home located within 10 to 20 minutes of anywhere you need to get in Raleigh. Excellent fenced in outdoor space for relaxing anytime of the day. Only negative is the driveway is VERY steep and not sure that is mentioned anywhere in the ad. If you have a small, 4 speed manual transmission vehicle, you will need to get a running start to make it to the garage.

This property was accurate in the online listing, but I wished it was cleaner. I had to kill bugs every night, the patio wasn't clean at all, and there were spider webs throughout the house.

Could Have Been Better

The layout of the house was great for our group of friends. The beds were great, plenty of bath towels, kitchen supplies for cooking meals. However, we did't have enough forks for eating in. There were 6 of us and only 5 forks in the house. To add to that dilemma the dishwasher was broken. Ladies on vacation do not want to hand wash dishes! The owner was not helpful with this situation. The parking situation is VERY tight. The driveway is extremely steep and being able to use the garage was helpful. There is barely enough room for 3 cars. When the owner states no parking on the grass, they mean not even one blade of grass! The owner did allow us a 2-hr early arrival on our first day. We will be returning to Raleigh and sorry to say we will not be returning to this listing.
