This property is exquisite and the perfect place to spend some time if you want to relax, enjoy quiet, and appreciate nature. They have an ornithologist and a naturalist on staff who are prepared to show you all the different species of birds and all the other wildlife on the property including many peacocks, antelope, wild boar, mongoose, and we even saw a leopard. This hotel is absolutely peaceful and one of a kind, and the staff are equally delightful. If you’re traveling to/near Jodhpur and are a nature lover, don’t miss it.

RAAS Chatrasagar stay experience was unique, luxurious and exquisite at the very least. I and my husband went for our anniversary trip here and everything we experienced at the property was perfect. The rooms were super spacious and clean with a lake facing terrace. The pool was heated and it was amazing to be able to take a dip in the winter months. The food is nothing short of class apart! They cook from their organic gardens and the freshness in the taste of rhe veggies coming fresh out of their gardens is unmissable. They have amazing staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable and comfortable. And the activities we took during our stay were engaging and peaceful. Just the perfect couple getaway in the middle of nature. Waiting to visit again. Highly recommend!

Intimate luxury off the beaten track

This place is really special, and 1 night is definitely not long enough. We arrived late in the afternoon to a warm welcome and a refreshing drink on the deck - the views are breathtaking. The lodges are so pretty, embroidered with the birds found on the reservoir with sequins and a skylight to the stars. Even the bath boasts the same mesmerising views. We went for a walk for sundowners with a guide, learning about the wildlife & conservation, and were rewarded with a stunning sunset. The food at RAAS was the best we had in India, as was the service. Attentive yet laidback, the team are all really kind and add to the ambience. I set my alarm for sunrise and was not disappointed, enjoying a coffee as the sky turned pink. A beautiful oasis after the excitement of the cities. Thank you RAAS Chhatrasagar for an incredible stay!
