Walking out onto the covered outdoor entertaining area where you are overlooking the inground pool and native bushland you can take a short walk out the back yard and within a few hundred meters you are on beautiful Rainbow Beach.

Ducted individually controlled air conditioning in each room though out the entire home, Sonos sound system, large TV, freshly painted inside and out with beautiful new flooring this perfect little beach house is your ideal getaway. The outside deck has a lounge, dining area with a gas BBQ. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor shower. Double carport, plenty of parking and room for a boat if your a keen fisherman.
