Somehow in the middle of Ragusa ibla they had space for a garden with a pool and hammocks! Steps from the old town center. The room was charming, the breakfast amazing. They even have an area w pet baby tortoises!

Can't say enough good things about our stay. The most wonderful and welcoming hosts. The garden balcony is an absolute oasis with a beautiful view. The breakfasts were outstanding and the location is central and super convenient. Ragusa is super charming!

We loved this property. The proprietor could not have been nicer. Our room was small, but I believe there are larger options. The property was lovely, and the breakfast was an outstanding authentic Sicilian experience. It is located in a quiet yet extremely accessible part of charming Ragusa Ibla. I highly recommend this property.

The best room of our 16 day trip to Eastern Sicily

We had an amazing time in Ragusa at La Casa del gesumina. The b and b was close to the center, walking distance to many sites and restaurants and also to the bus stops for the beach and Ragusa Superiore. The breakfasts were unforgettable and the best we have had anywhere. The warning “leave room for the cake!” Heralded a different surprise every day including caffe granite in a sweet roll, a fruit covered tart and others. This was after we had our savory breakfast including fresh ricotta daily from a local farm which we mixed with local honey. Everything was superb. The garden included a hot tub which was lovely in the evening as well as a shallow pool to keep you cool during the hot day. It was perfect!

paradise in Ragusa

This place is an absolute must if you are staying in Ragusa, the natural pool is like paradise, the breakfast was stunning and the hosts are superb. We arrived early but were able to check in and make the most of the sun in the garden which is just perfect, you can sit under cover in comfortable seats, relax on loungers or in hammocks or lie in the natural looking pool and enjoy the jets. The room was really clean and comfortable, parking was directly outside and the breakfast was plentiful, with lots of local produce and freshly made juice and bread. It is about a one minute walk away from the centre of the old town, but lovely and quiet in the evenings and so serene and peaceful in the garden with spectacular views. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed for six nights. Beautiful garden, nice bedroom and fantastic breakfast. The proprietor Giovanna and her team were excellent. Wonderful breakfast included. The garden has a romantic terrace, hot tub and plunge pool and hammocks. Central location in Ragusa Ibla, the historical and romantic part of Ragusa city. Short walk to restaurants, cafés, small supermarkets and gelaterias and bus stop for downtown and beach at Ragusa Marina. The B&B has a fridge to store drinks and robust Wi-Fi. Hope to visit again one day....
