3 bedroom nice home in Ragusa

On a plateau a few kilometers from Ragusa and Comiso, in the middle of the Hyblaean countryside, known for the production of olive oil, is this part of a two-family holiday home, a former farmhouse renovated respecting the original features of the building, with wooden ceilings, stone floors and walls and the retention of old feed troughs in the former stables. Large paved courtyard surrounded by a large fenced plot with olive trees and various fruit trees with the possibility of picking fruit in season. Outside the property is a country tourism complex with communal pool and wide views of the countryside and in the distance the town of Caltagirone (40 km) and the sea (25 km). You can order lunch or dinner at the resort to enjoy traditional Sicilian cuisine. All rooms have an outside access. The bedrooms have private bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi tub. Various places of interest are within easy reach: 27 km the small hill town of Chiaromonte Gulfi with breathtaking views, known as the balcony of Sicily'; 21 km Donnafugata with its beautiful castle; Sicilian Baroque towns such as Comiso (13 km), Vittoria (18 km), Ragusa Ibla (23 km), Modica (32 km), Scicli (41 km). 35 km the seaside resort of Marina di Ragusa with beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear sea, marina, stores of all kinds and vibrant nightlife.

Wunderbarer Ort zur Entspannung

Der Agritourismo ist ein wunderbarer Ort der Ruhe und der Entspannung: Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr stilvoll, eine gut gelungene Mischung aus alt (ehemaliger Stall) und modern (Whirlpoolbadewanne). Wissen sollte man, dass bei unsrer Wohnung die einzelnen Zimmer (also die zwei Schlafzimmer und die Küche) drei zwar direkt nebeneinander befindliche, aber voneinander getrennte Räumlichkeiten sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle und große Pool mit Grillzone, wo man durchaus einzelne Tage verbringen kann. Die Gegend ist - wie gesagt - eine Gegend der Ruhe: Es findet sich in der Umgebung von 15 Minuten eigentlich kein Supermarkt. In Ragusa ist man in ebenfalls 15 Minuten, Syrkaus etc. dauert recht lang. Die Betreiber des Agritourismo sind sehr nett, helfen gerne weiter und halten auch gerne mal ein Pläuschchen. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, um sich zu entspannen.
