Originally a Romanesque church dating back to the 1300s, this architectural gem was lovingly reconstructed in the 19th century by the illustrious Marescotti family. Once the vibrant heart of the community, it was desecrated in the 1960s.

Today, it has been exquisitely transformed into a retreat that seamlessly blends historical elegance with modern allure, offering unparalleled privacy and tranquility. The private park and infinity pool are enveloped by the breathtaking vistas of the Val di Cecina landscape.

Accommodation is offered in part of this magnificent structure, with the upper floors remaining unoccupied and not available for rental.

Main Unit

• Ground Floor: The former church now opens into a vast and airy space, boasting an impressive eight-meter-high ceiling and exquisite travertine floors. It features a cozy relaxation zone complete with a stone fireplace and a TV area. The dining room, accessible via three elegant steps, presents a sophisticated table under a dazzling chandelier, leading into a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite is a haven of luxury, with a king-sized bed, an opulent bathroom featuring double sinks, a sumptuous bathtub, and a walk-in shower.

• First Floor: A stylish staircase with a glass railing ascends to a serene reading and work corner, along with two charming double bedrooms, each accompanied by its own full bathroom.

Second Unit

• Ground Floor: This unit, accessible from the garden only, includes a delightful living area with a bar corner. The master suite, designed with artistry and accessibility in mind, features a king-sized bed and a sophisticated bathroom. A second bedroom offers flexibility with a twin or double bed option, along with a private bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with modern air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout your stay.

The residence is set in a rustic park with oaks, holm oaks, and cypresses, offering an idyllic and serene setting.

The terrace dining area is ideal for enjoying alfresco meals under the Tuscan sky. Nearby, a swimming pool with a stunning travertine solarium invites relaxation while offering breathtaking views of the valley. Open from April to October, the pool boasts an infinity edge and dramatic lighting, creating a mesmerizing ambiance. A welcoming gate leads to the parking area.
