One side of the building the rooms are not very well sound insulated. There is a major crossroad right out side of the hotel and traffic noise is loud from early morning to late at night. It does quiet down at night.

Stag were pleasant and helpful but I walked in earlier in the day and they said they had no room. I walked out to my car and booked a room with them using Expedia. At check in time they were very disorganized and I had to wait an extra hour for my room to be ready. I was concerned that maybe they didn’t actually have a room for me.

Poor experience

We had booked 2 rooms asking for adjoining rooms which was showed in the room details that they were available. When we got there, 1. The outside area made me unsettled to leave my car there 2. They didn’t even book both rooms 3. Don’t actually offer adjoining rooms for “the type” of room we booked even though I showed the worker it does show it’s available 4. There was a break in throughout the even to the smoke vape shop below our room beside our car 5. They disagreed we deserved compensation or even a refund for our stay. The inside is clean but i felt that customer service was not good, and i did not feel comfortable there. Do not recommend.

Wheater it was amazing. The hotel is close to downtown. Good restaurants close. The free breakfast in the hotel is delicious. Everything is clean and the people are friendly.
