Part of Guapil Tropical Estates (a small gated community), Sea Breeze II is only 5 minutes off Highway 34 yet is totally tranquil and surrounded by ancient trees, a private fruit orchard with daily visits from the toucans, monkeys and pisotes. Stunning ocean views, a large saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, bar and patio dining offer ample space for entertaining or retreat into one of six luxurious bedrooms in the main house.
