The communication with the rental company was hands down some of the best I have ever used. They helped us with so many more details and could not have done this without them. This house was in an amazing location which we enjoyed close to town. The house was good size and comfortable. We did not read in the description that we would not have any use of the onsite laundry, unfortunately they were locked and they made no exceptions to help facilitate. We were on our second week and with 76% humidity clothes needed to be tended to so this was super disappointing. I would highly recommend they put the extra backstock in one of the many other locked closets and let guests use the laundry. Towels were also at a minimum. Each bedroom had 2 bath towels and 2 pool towels so there was nothing extra if they got soiled and no way to wash. The house overall is furnished nicely and A/C worked well. Many areas of the house had gaps between the doors, windows and ceilings where critters came in. Each morning we did have to sweep up feces in the corner of the living room which appeared to be coming form bats getting into the broken tiles on the roof which we could see from the carport. We did figure out the driveway ourselves but had multiple shuttles and drivers that refused to come to the house to pick up so we had to hike our luggage up and down the driveway instead. Again not a huge deal but was unexpected. We loved our stay here and can't thank Hazel enough for her communication.
