The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with heat pump, Smart TV and views of the Remarkables.

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Includes a walk in shower and laundry facilities.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with kettle extractor fan, fridge, 2 slice toaster, rice cooker oven, dishwasher and, microwave.

Balcony: There is a balcony with a small table and two chairs.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire private studio. This is not a shared space. The only shared space is the entrance hallway.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External, emergency stairs only. An elevator is available for general use..

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Our team is available daily, 9am–5pm. After hours, until midnight, a virtual assistant can help with simple questions.
