The top of the Queenstown Mall is approximately 200m from the unit. Bear in mind part of this includes a short (but steep) hill, so along with 1 flight of stairs to access the unit it may not suit people with mobility issues.

Great compact apartment Sensational views

Clean modern apartment w well equipped kitchen, washing machine plus decent bathroom n hot shower. Main bedrm great views. 2nd br ok. Was worried heating would be issue as so many little heaters supplied but fine. Location WAS good but current bypass arterial works have now blocked direct walking access to centre so you have to walk two blocks to access the town centre…20min compared to 5min before. The works are said to continue til sept 2024 but access issues may be permanent Otherwise a lovely apartment.
