Our beautiful brand new 4 bedroom home is perfect for 1 or 2 families, or a group of friends looking for a holiday. Ideally located 7-minutes from Queenstown's bustling center and 10 minutes from the bottom of the stunning Coronet Peak ski field.
The space
For winter breaks the house is kept cosy with heat pumps in the lounge rooms and heaters in all the bedrooms.
The bedroom configurations are
1 x Queen/single tri-bunk bed with ensuite
1 x Queen bed
1 x King Bed with ensuite
2 x Bunk beds
There are two lounges one of which has a smart TV with Netflix and a Sonos sound system. There a kitchen with a dishwasher.
There is garage parking for one vehicle and off-street parking available for a second vehicle.
Please note that you are required to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get access to the apartment. There is no lift in the complex.

The property was new and modern - and comfortable
It comes with no significant views however and given price that was only disappointing feature- as we were out all day not too much of an issue but if you come to relax it may be a problem
