Clean and friendly at this price point. Bath is out dated. Avoid staying in the rooms by the road; traffic starts at 5:45 am and the big trucks shook the upper rooms. Breakfast was 90% bread.

I asked for a quiet room and was placed next to an area with more people traffic. I was awakened at five thirty in the morning two mornings in a row. Most likely, it was staff that was going into the main area of the hotel to get breakfast ready for guests which was six am. Also, there was a guest next door to me smoking pot outside his room and standing near my doorway.

As far as motels go, this was the best I ever stayed at! Our room was spotless, cleaning came in each day after 10 (which was fine because we were skiing). Free breakfast was good (the Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches were clutch) The staff was great, my kids loved the pool, and there was a delicious restaurant practically on site (The public house get the schnitzel you won't be disappointed) - A 7 min drive to Ski Quechee, 15 -20 min to NH- I can't say enough good things.
