My kids enjoyed the pool and slide area. There was so much to do near the hotel which was great, but the only downfall was our room was not the best. The people next to us and infront of us were up all night the 2 nights we stayed. Security even had to tell them to tone it down, to one of them fighting.

I wasn’t very pleased with our stay and left early because of it. The music that was playing all day long was SO loud. My toddler was not able to take a nap due to the noise. I called and asked to change rooms because of this and was told they didn’t have any other rooms that would be in a better location. The music at the night club (that’s open from 9 PM to 2 AM EVERY night) kept us up all night during our first night, so we left a day early. I wasn’t offered any type of refund. On top of that, they said the pools were heated but it definitely didn’t feel like it. And there was no breakfast options on property because the dining options didn’t open until later. The location and view was the best part, but overall very disappointed.
