Comfortable and well-kept annex surrounded by the greenery of the private garden of an independent villa a stone's throw from the beach.
With private entrance, the Dependance consists of a large double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom / shower and equipped kitchen, private courtyard for dining and relaxing outdoors. It is possible to park the car for free outside but there is also a parking space inside the garden.
The annex is well-kept and comfortable, suitable both as a base for visiting Cagliari and the coast and for enjoying beautiful sunny days.
Guests can have breakfast outside and use the barbecue in the garden.
In the evening they will be lulled by the song of the cicadas while they rest under a large lemon tree adjacent to the house, while in the morning they will wake you up with a pleasant chirping of birds.
You can enjoy the beach on your own or rent an umbrella and deck chairs in the small establishment.
A two-seater canoe is available for free.
We will always be present at check in and check out.
During July and August we may be present in the villa, so we will be available to give you all the information you need.
I suggest bringing or renting a means of transport to be able to visit the beaches and the surroundings more easily.
It is possible to have paid internet connection.
It is a residential neighborhood of villas a stone's throw from the sea and the beach and 20 minutes by bus from the city, the environment is enchanting and peaceful, friendly nature and a mild climate. Culture, art, archeology natural habitats at your fingertips. Easily accessible beaches on the Cagliari-Villasimius and Costa Rey coast.

The property is located in an area full of services such as restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, pharmacy, wellness center.
In the neighborhood there are many services including a tourist office, the church, pharmacy, newsagent, as well as spaces for children and for playing outdoor basketball etc.

Among the special beauties of the area we find, in addition to the Poetto beach, also the Molentargius Park, famous for its biodiversity and pink flamingos and the fascinating pools of salt water

There are pedestrian and bicycle areas on which to go for walks and play sports.
