check-in was quick and easy and the staff went the extra mile. room had a nice view and a small kitchen area with cups plates coffee pot kettle fridge sink. Pool was comfortable hot tub was nice and hot. Both areas were clean. Would stay here again.

On arrival, the reception assigned us room number 104, which was extremely cold. We have a 4-year-old child, and he was very uncomfortable. I called the reception, and they brought us two blankets, which was disappointing because you cannot stay in such a cold room with just blankets. We went back to the reception and requested a room change. The receptionist, a gentleman named Simon, kindly changed our room, and after that, we really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you, Simon!
