Hotel reservation was never sent to the Hotel

This is not about the hotel but you guys. I had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours before the front desk employee could let me upstairs. It was a layover of 8 hours, and since the hotel was right by the hotel, I wanted to at least get about 5 hours of sleep. That never happen because from 11 pm until 3 am, I had to sit glued in the lobby, because why? Hotel.com never sent the reservation and they were trying to charge me again. I called complain about this and nothing was done.

it was close to the airport. the bed was a literal board and it reminded me of somewhere prostitutes rent by the hour. it was dirty and smelled of smoke. it made me itch and looked as if it had. not been cleaned or remodeled since 1978. It reminded me of the movie the Shineing

Very close to the Qingdao airport (TAO) if you are paranoid about missing flights this is perfect for you. It is walkable distance on actual streets under 10 mins. The hotel claims to have free airport shuttle but I guess give them at least 15 mins heads up? I “missed” the shuttle even though I called 10 mins beforehand and I was at the lobby on the dot. It’s kinda fishy and their English is not the best so I recommend just walk. The room are very spacious with the money paid; however, my roomie did notice one of the towels was dirty. She didn’t say anything the night so I couldn’t complain at the facility. Moreover, a lot of normal amenities (ie seat covers) has a price tag so remember to check if you don’t wanna be surprised.

The hotel staff are rude . They barely speak English. Their recommendation for a dinner place nearby was horrible. I'd stay away. At check out the person was shouting at me. Also they didn't know how to void my security deposit for a while. The last thing you need is delays before your flight

アメニティが素晴らしく充実している 空港の時間合わせで寝るだけで一人で泊まったのですが ベットが広くてよく眠れました！ ただ、この部屋はNo windowと書いてあったので 承知はしていましたが 朝になったのが気付けないのが難点ですね でも、それを気にしなかったら最高！
